How is it different from a traditional chatbot?

A traditional chatbot puts menus in front of your customer ("type 1 for hours"). Your agent understands what the customer writes in their own words, answers with your business's information and, if we agree on it, also books appointments or creates payment links, always following the rules we define with you.

Do I need to know about technology?

No. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use your agent. We set it up, connect it and look after it; you get the updates on your WhatsApp, like any other message.

Does the agent adapt to my business?

Yes. During discovery and design we define its functions, its tone, the information it can use and the cases in which it should hand the conversation to your team.

Can it use my current WhatsApp number?
