ENALTA provides website design and development, e-commerce solutions, AI-powered business applications, and related ongoing support. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing of any engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.
Payments
Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are defined per plan or project. One-time builds and recurring subscriptions are billed as described at the time of purchase. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely content and feedback, and for ensuring you have the rights to any materials you supply for your project.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you receive ownership or a license to the deliverables as specified in your agreement. ENALTA retains rights to its underlying tools, frameworks, and reusable components.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided on a reasonable-effort basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ENALTA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
